Payment plans 

We can work out a payment plan that can work with your budget up to 3 months. Just give us a call and we can go over all the details. 

Deposits and purchases on Animals - There is a 25% Non refundable deposit to hold any animal.  So Please be sure that you intend to purchase the animal before entering into a payment agreement. Any payments made are non-refundable. We can offer a credit for payments made to be applied to other animals in the event that you are unable to fulfill your commitment but you will loose your deposit.
If for any reason we can not supply your animal your money will be refunded promptly.   

Additional terms may apply. We withhold the right to change our terms at any time. 

Reptile Boarding

CV Exotics does offer boarding of your reptiles. We will offer the optimum conditions for your reptile to live while they are with us and will treat them like our own.
For normal small to medium size reptiles the fee is $5 per day per reptile. For larger and more exotic please call us to discuss. We reserve the right to refuse boarding of a reptile due to size and/or special care. CV Exotics will not be held responsible for the death of a reptile if it dies by means of natural, disease or illness while under their care. It is the owner responsibility to proved proof of death by a reputable vet who deals in reptiles.

Insurance for Dry goods

CV Exotics is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Although insurance is optional, we recommend that you request that your order be insured for an additional $2 fee. That way, if your order is damaged or lost in transit, you may  file an insurance claim for your damage or lost property. Again, once it leaves our building, we have no control over what the Post Office does, so PLEASE get your purchase insured. Just request insurance when you place your  order, and we'll take care of the rest.

Dry Goods Returned  Policy. 

 If they is a problem with any item it will be exchanged for the same item at no extra charge.  Any unopened item may be returned with in 10 days for a full credit on your next order or a 10% restocking Fee will be deducted.  There is no refund on shipping cost.   

Safety and Liability!

Pet owners are responsible for the safety of their pets, and the use of the products purchased on this web site. Every item has been safety tested on our animals before being offered for sale on this web site, and we are confident that all of the items offered on our web site are safe for use at your home. CV Exotics will not be held responsible for owners who are negligent or misuse our products.

Shipping Methods/Live Reptiles.

Airport : Boston Massachusetts - Logan international -- Carriers are: Delta. Airline shipments are insured for live arrival; all shipments must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival.

Express services (ups or Fed Ex) are NOT guaranteed. Typical express shipment is $35 - and up for an insulated box. We have had great success with express services but ship according to weather to ensure a successful shipment. Please open your boxes and inspect your order after signing the delivery receipt. Airlines will not allow damage claims unless it is noted on the delivery receipt you sign. We expect all shipments to be picked up within 4 hours of airline arrival.
